The production process of silicone can be divided into extrusion and molding:

Sixth: more choices-a wider range of hardness (from Shore A10 to 80), a wider range of color options (from transparent to bright colors).


Seventh: Wider operating temperature range-from -100oC to 316oC (-148 to 600oF); organic elastomers will soften and irreversibly deform when the temperature exceeds 100oC (212oF), and the temperature is below 25oC (-13oF ) Will become brittle.


Eighth: better liquidity-easy to manufacture and improve productivity. Silicone products are now widely used in people's lives.


China has unlimited development potential in the silicone rubber industry, and the upstream and downstream industry linkage effects of the silicone rubber industry have gradually begun to appear, and the development is very rapid.
